Depending on the deployment, Rythmos can alert staff when an at-risk resident approaches, detect door-open events, identify loitering, identify propped or forced doors, control compatible maglocks or electric strikes, and allow normal access for authorized residents and staff.

Selected high-risk or high-traffic exits can add additional intelligence.

A courtyard gate, main entrance, memory-care exit and service door may present very different risks.
Rythmos lets communities select the appropriate protection for each opening—and increase precision only where it changes the response.
Wireless door and presence sensors can add awareness to selected openings without requiring full access-control infrastructure.
A powered wander reader adds resident-specific wearable detection and configurable proximity awareness.
Access + wander control adds the ability to apply door policy through compatible maglocks or electric strikes.
Critical exits can add a second detection point or advanced positioning technology to better understand the resident's relationship to the threshold.
Compatible cameras can add optional facial recognition and visual approach context to selected exits.

Optional camera intelligence
At selected exits, compatible camera feeds can add another layer of intelligence by combining visual identity, approach behavior and door activity with the resident's wearable and Rythmos risk profile.
Camera intelligence supplements the wander workflow—it does not replace it.
Camera-free protection remains available. Add visual intelligence only where greater identity confidence provides value.
Camera-based capabilities should be configured according to community policy, resident consent, privacy requirements and applicable retention practices.

Kallos™ extends Rythmos Safety Without Walls™ beyond the property.
Inside the community, Kallos participates in Rythmos real-time location and wander workflows. Beyond the community, integrated GPS/LTE provides continued location awareness—while two-way voice helps staff communicate directly with the resident.
No second tracker. No handoff to another system.
