What's covered in this policy.

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Intrex, Inc. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy or our practices, please contact us at info@intrexis.com.

Section 01

What Information Do We Collect?

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Apps, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the Apps, or otherwise contacting us.

Personal information you disclose to us may include: first name, maiden name, last name, and nickname; phone numbers; email addresses; family member names and related information; and other similar data. All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate.

Information automatically collected — such as IP address and browser/device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Apps. This may include device and usage information, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, and location data. This information is primarily needed to maintain security and for internal analytics.

Information collected through our Apps may additionally include:

  • Geo-Location Information — we may request permission to track location-based data from your mobile device to provide location-based services. You may change this in your device's settings.
  • Mobile Device Access — we may request access to features including your device's camera, microphone, and other features. Changeable via your device's settings.
  • Push Notifications — we may request to send push notifications regarding your account or the App. You may opt-out in your device's settings.
Section 02

How Do We Use Your Information?

In Short: We process your information for legitimate business interests, contract fulfillment, legal compliance, and/or your consent.

We use the information we collect or receive to:

  • Facilitate account creation and logon — including linking to third-party accounts such as Google or Facebook where permitted.
  • Enable user-to-user communications — with each user's consent.
  • Manage user accounts — to keep accounts in working order.
  • Deliver services to the user — to provide requested services.
Section 03

Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide services, to protect rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

We may process or share data based on the following legal bases: Consent, Legitimate Interests, Performance of a Contract, Legal Obligations, and Vital Interests.

More specifically, we may share your information in these situations:

  • Vendors, Consultants and Third-Party Service Providers — who perform services on our behalf such as payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting, and marketing. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
  • Business Transfers — in connection with any merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition of our business.
  • Third-Party Advertisers — who may use tracking technologies to provide relevant advertisements about goods and services.
  • Other Users — when you share personal information or interact with public areas of the Apps, that information may be viewed by all users and potentially distributed outside the Apps.
Section 04

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In Short: We keep your information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy unless required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years past the termination of your account.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it — or, if not possible, securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

Section 05

How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your information, transmission of personal information to and from our Apps is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

Section 06

Do We Collect Information From Minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18. By using the Apps, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to such minor's use of the Apps.

If we learn that personal information from users under age 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete that data. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under 18, please contact us at info@intrexis.com.

Section 07

What Are Your Privacy Rights?

In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

If you are a resident in the European Economic Area and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. Contact details can be found at ec.europa.eu.

If you would like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, please contact us using the information below. Upon termination request, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from active databases. Some information may be retained to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, or comply with legal requirements.

To opt out of marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send, or contact us directly. Note that service-related emails necessary for account administration will continue.

Section 08

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your preference not to have data about your online browsing collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this privacy policy.

Section 09

Do California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

In Short: Yes, California residents have specific rights regarding access to their personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine The Light" law) permits California residents to request, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. To make such a request, please contact us in writing using the information below.

If you are under 18, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Apps, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data you publicly posted. To request removal, contact us with the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will ensure the data is not publicly displayed, though it may not be completely removed from our systems.

Section 10

Do We Make Updates to This Policy?

In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this policy frequently to stay informed of how we are protecting your information.
