End User License Agreement
Effective Date: October 15, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs access to and use of Intrex Financial Intelligence (the "Application"), a financial reporting and analytics tool developed and operated by Intrex ("Intrex," "we," or "us").
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to the terms below.
1. Purpose and Authorized Use
The Application provides authorized users with access to financial reporting, analytics, and business intelligence derived from accounting systems, including QuickBooks Online.
The Application is intended solely for internal business use by individuals expressly authorized by Intrex. Access may be restricted, modified, or revoked at any time.
2. License
Intrex grants authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Application for legitimate internal business purposes.
Users may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or provide unauthorized third parties access to the Application.
3. Third-Party Integrations
The Application may connect to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, through authorized application programming interfaces (APIs).
By authorizing a connection, users acknowledge that the Application may access and process accounting and financial information necessary to provide its functionality.
The Application is designed for reporting and analytical purposes and is not intended to modify financial transactions or accounting records.
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The Application is independently developed by Intrex and is not endorsed or sponsored by Intuit.
4. Data Privacy and Security
Intrex will use information accessed through the Application for authorized business purposes and will implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
Financial information may be processed by authorized service providers, including providers of hosting or AI-assisted reporting functionality, where necessary to deliver the Application.
Users must protect their credentials and maintain the confidentiality of information accessed through the Application.
5. Accuracy and Disclaimer
The Application provides financial information and analysis based on data available from connected systems. Reports may be affected by incomplete data, synchronization delays, accounting configurations, or other limitations.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy.
Users remain responsible for verifying information against official accounting records before relying on it for financial, tax, legal, or business decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including its software, design, and related intellectual property, remain the property of Intrex or its licensors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intrex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
8. Termination
Intrex may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time. Upon termination, users must discontinue use of the Application.
9. Changes to This Agreement
Intrex may update this Agreement periodically. The current version will be made available through the Intrex website. Continued use following any applicable notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
